CompanyOp
Best ERP for accounting teams
Accounting teams do not want a “platform.” They want a chart of accounts, journals, and an audit trail that the rest of the company cannot quietly bypass in a side spreadsheet. CompanyOp Accounting is that spine. Payroll, tax filing, and the till post into the same company instead of CSV ping-pong.
Who it is for
Finance leads who will own the ledger and then allow operational apps to post into it.
If your only requirement is UK MTD or US bank-feed art, stay on Xero or QuickBooks. If your requirement is a ledger that can sit next to ZIMRA, loans, or employer deductions, accounting-as-spine inside CompanyOp is the point.

Questions people ask
Is this double-entry accounting?
Yes. Accounting is a proper company ledger with journals and moves, not a cashbook toy.
Can we keep our accountant on Xero?
Some groups do, for a holding company. The operating company ledger can still live in CompanyOp when operational apps require it.
What about audit trail?
Journals and moves are kept in the company workspace with role-based access so finance is not sharing a single Pastel login.
